Cobalt Dealer Performance Snapshot

This application was created to replace a paper-based survey. The user is led through a series of questions in which they rate themselves on various aspects of their internet sales department. The use of dynamic html gives the user a smoother interaction with the application. At the end of the self-evaluation, the system displays the results in a graphical format. The system then generates an action plan based on the lowest scoring questions. The user can set priorities and timelines for the itmes on their action plan. A PDF version of the action plan can also be generated to email or print out. Because it replaces a multipage booklet, it saves trees. Which is a good thing.
